Using the online Grant Management System (GMS)

GMS is an online system that allows you to apply for Creative Saskatchewan grants.

First time GMS users will be required to create a profile.

  • If you are applying as an individual, you may create your GMS profile at any time, even before your grant opens.
  • If you will be applying as a business, you must email gms@creativesask.ca so that we can create an account for you.
  • Your profile will remain active for all future applications.

As you prepare your application on GMS, save it regularly. If you timeout of GMS because of inactivity, your application progress could be lost.

Make sure to read all instructions within an application. We require use of our own templates and certain information in certain areas. Failure to follow instructions could result in the application being deemed incomplete.

GMS is not designed for use with mobile devices, please use a desktop or laptop computer.

  • GMS allows you to apply for our grants through an online application management portal.
  • You’ll be able to create a profile, monitor the progress of your application through its lifecycle, and access all necessary documentation.
  • Your profile is does not expire, making any future applications simpler.
  • If you can’t find the grant you want to apply for in GMS, it is likely closed.
  • Navigate to the ‘Our Support’ page and select your program to find the deadline dates associated with the specific grant.
  • Your GMS profile allows you to upload frequently used details, so that they are easily accessed for future grant applications.
  • The information you provide in your profile also allows us to verify your identity and your program eligibility.
  • Make sure to keep this information up to date so that we know how to reach you.
  • After submitting an application on GMS, edits and additions can only be made at the discretion of a Program Officer.
  • To request edits to your application after submission, please email gms@creativesask.ca.
  • Before you can access application documents within GMS, you must first create your account.
  • Once you create a GMS profile for your organization using your email address, you will not be able to use the same email address to create additional profiles.
  • Contact us at gms@creativesask.ca for assistance in creating and attaching additional profiles to your email address.
  • Please contact a Program Officer to obtain the required final report templates.
