Location Scouting Support Program

I understand and acknowledge that Creative Saskatchewan has the right to terminate the application process if it discovers any false statement, omission, or misrepresentation on or related to this application no matter when discovered by Creative Saskatchewan.
Only fully completed applications will be processed. All applications are assessed based on the information provided at the time of application. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to provide Creative Saskatchewan with any new or updated information that differs from the information provided within the application as it becomes available.
I acknowledge that Creative Saskatchewan, the Province of Saskatchewan, and this application are subject to The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FOIP”) and that any information created or exchanged in connection with this application is subject to FOIP.
I understand that applications will be accepted, assessed and approved on a case-by-case basis based on available funding and availability of location scouts managers. Any support is subject to Creative Saskatchewan receiving a sufficient appropriation of government funds for that fiscal year. Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding approval.
I acknowledge that Creative Saskatchewan has full discretion in administering its programs and making all decisions regarding eligibility. Funding provided by Creative Saskatchewan must meet its mandate and the public interest. I further acknowledge that Creative Saskatchewan’s interpretation of any question related to the Location Scouting Support Program Criteria shall prevail.
I understand and agree that Creative Saskatchewan has the sole discretion to amend or impose additional terms and conditions in its approval in its sole discretion as it deems necessary and shall be entitled to impose such terms and conditions on this application, as it deems necessary.

To the best of my knowledge, all the information in this submission is complete, true, and accurate.
I comply with the requirements outlined in the Location Scouting Support Program Criteria & Evaluation.
I have the delegated authority to sign this submission.
I release and authorize Creative Saskatchewan to use and disclose to its employees and auditors, any and all information and documentation related in any way to the Application as required to investigate, assess and evaluate the Application.
